Each research and development center has technologies in various fields. Currently,

DARE Japan Inc. is a research & development base developing fuel cell
and CMOS sensor for automated driving, focusing all-solid type battery in DARE AUTO.

• 2013:

  Established “Changchun FAWSN Dare Automobile Parts Co., Ltd.” jointly
  Established “FZB TECHNOLOGY, INC”
  Established “Shenzhen Southern Dare Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd.”

• 2014:

  Established “Shanghai Fuyu Auto Parts Co., Ltd.”

• 2015:

  Registered on Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock abbreviated name: DARE AUTO (Stock code: 300473))
  Chairman Li Yi was evaluated as “Innovative Personnel Promotion Plan Scientific Technology Innovative Founder Personnel” from Scientific Technology Department of People’s Republic of China.
  DARE AUTO Central Laboratory has been certified as “CNAS National Laboratory”.
  DARE AUTO received a title of “National certified Corporate Technology Center”.

  Took a steady step of globalization strategy by successfully acquiring Carcoustics in Germany and becoming a supplier of high-profile companies such as Benz and BMW.
  Carcoustics, a subsidiary under our umbrella, obtained “Employer Prize of Germany automobile” four times in a raw.
  DARE AUTO obtained 2016 “Golden Cow Investment Value Top 150”.
  Chairman Li Yi received a title of “Excellent Entrepreneur of Liaoning” from Liaoning Province government.
